Our main focus at Distinguished Concierge is principles and processes for providing excellent customer service (Respect, Reward, and Recompilation). Distinguished Concierge was formed in March of 2007 the founder Carlita L. Cotton is a native of Wisconsin who re-located to Arizona with her two children in 2003.  The desire to pursue a new opportunity, outside of the trucking industry led to the creation of Distinguished Concierge.  Carlita's perspicacity in working with the aging population, started with her quadriplegic Grandfather Eugene Brown.  That cemented Carlita's future and commitment to reformulate the company's objective to focus on the aging community.  The vision is to ensure change in the lives of the clients serviced by Distinguished Concierge. The acquired knowledge in human behavior, training in stress management has aided the staff in meeting the needs of our clients. Carlita is familiar with challenges and obstacles involved in juggling a family, career, and school.
